Amidst the excitement around AI and automation (and we are very excited), we want to center the very human teams solving very human problems. We want to influence who this technology empowers. So we’re looking to work with the organisations that need it most: those building something new with more ambition than resources, and those working to make the world better on budgets that rarely match their mission.
When designing solutions for our clients, we are informed by three human-centric principles:
- Build from small, composable parts: Using the right tools for the job, including tools your team is already using; this makes it fast to build, easy to extend later.
- Meet teams where they are: Keeping well-adopted and proven parts of the workflow intact and automating around it.
- Design for human review: Maintain familiar, effective formats for collaboration.

Dennis Chiuten has 20+ years experience across companies including Twitter, Terrascope, and Barclays Capital, with depth in analytics, operations, and finance.
He holds an MBA from NYU Stern, is a CFA Charterholder, and is a Zapier Gold Solution Partner, Certified Notion Admin, and Vanta Managed Service Partner.

Hey, I’m Ernest! I’m a Notion Consultant, Certified Notion Admin, and Singapore’s Notion Campus Lead. I’ve been building Notion systems since 2022, mostly because I needed systems that made my own work and brain feel less scattered. That grew into helping others, organisations and businesses adopt Notion by designing systems that make their workflows more manageable. I focus on simplicity and dislike building complicated systems you won’t use.
