Creating an App Connection
App Connections are what allow Zapier to interact with over 7,000 different SaaS apps, such as Google Workspace, Hubspot, Notion, Stripe, Shopify, and many more.
For Zapier to interact with one of your apps, you’ll need to create a connection, which simply means giving it permission to take actions in that app with your account.
Once you select an app you want to connect, it will ask you to log into that app, give it permission to connect, and then you’re good to go. From there, you can start creating Zaps (automations) involving that app!
Sharing an App Connection
Once you have created a connection to one of your apps, you will need to share that connection with other users (including Work.Flowers) to allow them to create Zaps with that connection.
To do this, simply click into the Connection that you just created, hit the Share button, and select the user(s) in your Zapier account that you want to grant access to.
