How It Works
- Upload your contract: Save a new agreement to the
New Signed Agreements
folder in Google Drive. (This could also work with Dropbox, OneDrive, or any other cloud storage service that integrates with Zapier).
- Extract the text of your contract: Zapier extracts the raw text from your signed agreement (this can be updated to work with scanned documents or images as well).
- Automated processing: AI by Zapier generates a detailed summary and extracts key details like contract start/end dates, key risks, and type. (Free usage of GPT 4o-mini and GPT 4.1-nano is included with a Zapier plan - no additional OpenAI subscription needed!)
- Save to Notion: Zapier writes the structured data into a Notion database for easy access. (This could also go into a Google Sheet, Excel spreadsheet, Airtable base, Zapier Table, etc.)
