How It Works
Upload your contract: Save a new agreement to the New Signed Agreements folder in Google Drive. (This could also work with Dropbox, OneDrive, or any other cloud storage service that integrates with Zapier).
Extract the text of your contract: Zapier extracts the raw text from your signed agreement (this can be updated to work with scanned documents or images as well).
Automated processing: AI by Zapier generates a detailed summary and extracts key details like contract start/end dates, key risks, and type. (Free usage of GPT 4o-mini and GPT 4.1-nano is included with a Zapier plan - no additional OpenAI subscription needed!)
Save to Notion: Zapier writes the structured data into a Notion database for easy access. (This could also go into a Google Sheet, Excel spreadsheet, Airtable base, Zapier Table, etc.)
