NTUC’s Citizen and Stakeholder Engagement team had a strong process for analysing public social-media comments with AI. The analysis worked; exporting files, uploading them, running the prompt and copying the output did not scale.
We built an end-to-end workflow using Zapier Interfaces, Zapier Tables, ExportComments, OpenAI and Google Docs.
The team submits the URLs. Zapier manages the exports, tracks every item, cleans the data, runs NTUC’s existing analysis prompt and publishes the result where stakeholders already work.

What does a Zapier consultant do?
A Zapier consultant maps the process you want to improve, designs the workflow, connects the required apps, handles logic and data transformation, tests exceptions, and documents the finished system. Good consulting focuses on the operational outcome, not the number of Zaps created.
Can you improve Zaps we already have?
Yes. We can audit existing workflows, diagnose recurring failures, simplify duplicated logic, reduce unnecessary task usage, add monitoring and error handling, and document how the system fits together.
Can Zapier connect to a tool without a native integration?
Often, yes. If the tool has a public API or can send and receive webhooks, we can usually connect it through Zapier. We confirm feasibility before committing to the build. Tools without an API may require a different approach.
When should a workflow use AI or a Zapier Agent?
Use AI when a step requires interpretation, such as extracting information from an email, classifying a request or drafting a response. Use deterministic steps for fixed rules, calculations, approvals and system updates. Most reliable AI workflows combine both.
How much does a Zapier automation project cost?
